Entering your six digit pin number into the white box area above. |

Left click on the "Connect to technician" button and you will be
redirected to a secure download page. |

Once that page opens up click on the button which says "Download"
to proceed further. |
| 4.
When you are prompted with a pop-up box to Run, Save, or Cancel please
left click on the "Run" option. |
| 5.
Your computer will now download the file. |
| 6.
When it is finished you will be asked again if you would like to Run the
program. Left click the "Run"
button. |
| 7.
You should then see a web applet with a title bar of "Encore Unlimited"
appear on your screen. |
| 8.
If you have a firewall running on your PC it may detect and tell you
"rescue.exe" is attempting to access the internet. Permit it access to
do this. |
| 9.
Once this connection is established you will get a pop-up box from the
technician asking for permission to share control of your computer. Left
click the "OK"
button and your session will begin. |
